Ai Chin worked and led projects globally and taught strategic thinking & project design for results to World Bank/IFC project teams. While other people enjoy playing golf after a successful career, Ai Chin created an organic farm & community gardens, ran Kuching Natural Farmers* Markets, works with indigenous students, and runs workshops to teach more people "almost-no-cost" organic farming. Who doesn't need healthy food for good health? And extra income from no-cost organic farming?
